We are fully compliant with Federal legislation including the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, or UIGEA, which specifically exempts real money fantasy sports contests from its regulation.
Laws regarding fantasy sports contests for real money vary by state and are in a current state of definition. For states that explicitly prohibit fantasy sports by legislation, we have taken appropriate measures to restrict residents from those states from accessing our games. To see a full list of states from which we do not accept drivers, please refer to our terms and conditions.
For states that have regulation and licensing, we are currently working on obtaining such licensing and in complying with the pertaining regulations to those states. If a state does not allow fantasy sports without licensing, we will temporarily restrict residents of such states until we have obtained licensing.
For states where officials or political figures have made statements as to legality of our operations, we might request the specific legislatures or courts of those states for clarification on such statements.
We accept drivers from states that have yet to clarify the legality of our operation. We also accept drivers from states that have already confirmed the legality and the compliance of our offerings.
New regulations and rules are currently being written and we are always monitoring such developments to ensure our continued compliance.
